Shipping and returns

Only items purchased on the website www.villapienza.it can be returned to our warehouse of which we will provide you with the address details for a refund or exchange.
In the event of an error while ordering online, Villa Pienza will be happy to exchange your item for the item you intended to purchase. Returned item must be unopened and in its original retail condition. You are responsible for shipping and additional shipping charges.

The customer is responsible for the shipping costs incurred for returning the items to Villa Pienza.

In the case of returns for reasons not attributable to Villapienza, we offer you the return service by sending you the reading of the vehicle, a collection calendar and the location closest to you for delivery of the product to be returned. All through our DHL courier.

The cost incurred will be deducted from the refund due.

In all cases, you must provide the original proof of purchase and the products must be returned within 14 days of receipt in order for Villa Pienza to process any refunds or exchanges.
